"Exceptional instrument"
I was so excited to receive my new ZAD 80 CE Aura. It's a gorgeous instrument. After plugging it in and playing, I was blown away by the sound, quality and beauty of the guitar. I'm looking forward to many years of learning and enjoyment. Thank you Zager!

"Great guitar, great people!"
I'm not much of a guitar player even though I have been playing since I was in high school. Now I am 68 years old, retired, and decided to see if I could still play a little. So I purchased a Zager Easy Play guitar last spring. I never imagined how much fun it would be to have a good instrument around to play anytime I wanted. Having a great guitar does not necessarily make one a great guitar player but it sure makes it a lot of fun! The people at Zager have all been so good to work with and the ongoing encouragement and support keeps me going back to try some new tricks.

"My Zager 900 E... Non-cutaway"
This guitar is the best i've ever played... it is easier to play in every way... If you don't believe me. Please think about this... I have only played 5 years with little help... I recently started taking lessons from a player who has played 58 years... yes 58 years... he is the best guitar player I have ever heard... I let him play my Zager 900 E... he said he has played Taylors, Martins, Gibsons... all high end guitars. And he said my Zager out plays them all... he said the playability, sound, action and everything else is superior to the guitars he has played... so if you don't believe a rookie like myself you can believe a 58 year Professional player

"Unbelievable guitar at any price"
I just received my ZAD80 and all I can say is WOW! Such a beautiful guitar, smooth and easy to play, and the sound is unmatched. You will not be getting this guitar back unless you pry it from my cold dead fingers! I currently have a Taylor 810 CE (2006) an Alvarez Yairi DY-45 (1976) and I have had several other high end guitars over the years. This guitar literally is in a class all by itself. Lincoln Nebraska? Yea right, this guitar was made in HEAVEN!
Please tell Dennis and Dennis Jr. How much I appreciate the quality of this guitar and especially the quality of the team of people they have assembled. You guys are the best!

"Zad900ce"
Had my zad900ce since January of 2017. Their is no doubt in my mind I made the right decision. I work in a studio and it's my goto acoustic. I have several others all really nice. However, the 900ce performs well for everything. It's never gone out of whack where I couldn't adjust it myself. Sounds superb mic'd and direct lined. I prefer mic'd. I have nothing negative to report after nearly 6 years. I'll report back in another 4...

Hey guys, if you have not tried a Zager guitar, I encourage you to try one. They are a really nice guitar. I am from Australia, and even though the guitar was not for me, the company was gracious and very professional in regards to getting me a full refund and making all the arrangements for the guitars return. Special shout out to Dennis Zager Jr. as he demonstrated what customer service is all about.

"Excellent value in an electric-equipped Parlor guitar"
I ordered a Parlor E model as a comfortable option to play at home and write on. For the price, this is an incredible guitar- I have a similarly sized model from a competitor and the Zager has a deeper, more resonant sound. Now, this IS a parlor guitar, so I'm not expecting it to be the equal of my full size acoustics, but it plays beautifully (came set up perfectly) and looks gorgeous in the gloss finish over mahogany. The included case includes a hygrometer to keep an eye on the guitar's health, and (although they haven't arrived yet) there were a bunch of extras included with the purchase. The guitar arrived safely packaged, in a timely fashion. With free return shipping - who else does that?! - I absolutely encourage you to give Zager a try next time you're looking for an acoustic. Hoping to get a larger one down the road as well, possibly the cedar topped model OM size.

"A work of art!"
I received my Zager ZAD50CE African Mahogany Full Size Acoustic Electric guitar yesterday and what a beautiful instrument it is! Being the owner of Martin, Guild, and Taylor guitars, I look forward to the enjoyment playing this new addition to my guitar tribe will bring. Kudos to the Zager guitar production family for not only the timely delivery of my splendid new guitar, but for the quick and courteous responses to my questions.

"Zager guitar"
Oh my. My world has just changed. My Zager Zad80ceOM arrived today. I'm a Gibson guy, ah well, I was a Gibson guy.
I've played all kinds of guitars for 63 years now. None of them impressed me like this one. Plugged into a Fender Mustang Amp it sounds acoustic but louder. And unplugged, well, sweet heaven on earth. The action is better than the best Stratocaster I've ever played, let alone any acoustic!
Sent an email with a question and got an answer 10 minutes later. Can't talk about the hassle free returns 'cuz I'm keeping this axe forever. The product and customer service are top notch. Hassle free payment loan took 10 minutes.
Honestly I don't get paid for this review. I am just that impressed with Zager.

"Great product, great customer service."
I received ZAD80 Acoustic guitar. Plays great with a small problem with one of the strings. After emailing Zager Guitar and replacing the strings, the problem persisted. They immediately offered to replace the guitar, which I did. The new guitar was shipped in one day, almost before i finished agreeing to the replacement. He new guitar is beautiful, plays and sounds great. Their customer service is excellent, and very responsive.
Buy one of their guitars, they stand behind their product.

"Zager ZAD 900 OM & 900"
I bought the Zager 900 OM and I'm loving it. The quality of the build is fantastic. It plays and sounds wonderful. I liked it so much I bought the 900 as well. Both guitars are worth way more than the purchase price. My Taylor 810 is not happy with the competition. Thanks for building great instruments for us guitar players.

“I received my guitar in a month as they caught up on previous orders, as they came out of covid shutdown. I enjoy the guitar very much. Appearance, Sound, Playability. And their customer service was responsive and good (expect to hear by email in a day or two for email or chat or immediately by phone during business hours.”

“I can't write much now but I too believe they are made in Indonesia from my own research. I am curious about the previous caller named Gibson player and I would like to know what was the address of that so-called shop He's went to their address online does not take you to any type of guitar business or any building.”

“Zager guitars are 100% made in the USA as I watched Mr. Zager build mine at his shop in Nebraska, it took almost 3 months. They have an "EZ-Play" line of childrens guitars they donate to public schools which are made in Indonesia. https://lps.org/post/detail.cfm?id=14385 If it says Zager on the headstock it's USA. “I had my Zager ZAD900CE custom built and it took 3 months but my ZAD80 was already built and was at my door in 72 hours after purchase.
